We are delighted to invite you to a staged play of scenes from Ayn Rand’s original film script for The Fountainhead movie, to be performed at OCON 2022! This high quality, never-before-seen performance will feature scenes from Ayn Rand’s early script for the film adaptation of her classic novel, portrayed by actors from Austin Shakespeare. Many of these scenes were not used in the 1949 film. As Ann Ciccolella, the Artistic Director of Austin Shakespeare, put it: “People who are familiar with The Fountainhead will be awakened by a new vision of it.” Watch this video for a preview of what you can expect.
